Defective Items:

If your order arrives with printing defects or production damage, reach out to our team within 30 days for a full refund or a replacement. Examples of printing defects include:

  • Your order is printed with an incorrect design.
  • The outline of the printed design is blurry; our prints should be crisp and defined.

Damaged On Arrival:

If your mug arrives broken, chipped, or cracked, please reach out to our team within 3 days after delivery to get a refund or a replacement.

Changed Your Mind:

We get it! No hard feelings. If you don’t like your mug, contact us within 30 days from the date of delivery for a refund in the form of store credit. Your gift card can be used at any time and doesn’t expire!

Custom Products:

Custom mugs can only be refunded or replaced within 30 days from the date of delivery if they are defective. If your custom mug is damaged on arrival, please reach out to our team within 3 days after delivery for a full refund or replacement.
